Pressure Washing:
We pressure wash every exterior job unless specified by our customer, for a clean sound service.
Our industrial pressure washers will remove peeling paint, mold, mildew, grime, oils, moss almost anything that's foreign debris from stucco, wood, metal, vinyl, fiberglass, machinery just about every surface we can clean. And with our turbo nozzle, it's like a liquid sandblaster. This service is available by itself but is used in our exterior painting surface preparation.

Caulking and Expansion Joint Filling:
We caulk and recaulk all window, door trim, butt joints, corner trim and other areas using a urethane-based lifetime caulk that won't crack or shrink and is paintable.
We also have a wide range of caulking projects. Our caulking services are also part of our preparation process on both our exterior and interior projects. We offer expansion joint filling on both vertical and horizontal surfaces mostly used in block and concrete applications. We use a high-quality industrial-strength self-leveling product for a quality clean job. On block walls, we offer a heavy-duty block filler prior to painting.

Striping Services:
We stripe parking lots commercial, private and public.
We can restripe or provide a new layout for striping. We have all colors, red, white, blue and yellow in both water-based or chlorinated rubber. We also do curb painting and have all the stencils: handicap, arrows, numbers, fire lane, no parking, reserved and m.p.h. And more! Whatever you need we can help. We can even eliminate old stripes and markings and patch pot holes, cracks and sealing. We can add reflective beads for better night vision too.

Deck and Fence Restoration:
Using our high-pressure washers, we can blast the gray and black, old stain and paint right out of the wood. Making it look like new wood again.
Then we can stain using semi-transparent or solid stain giving you a new looking fence or deck using quality products. We can also do this restoration process on log and stained surfaces for a new look. We have a full line of log and siding stains and sealers.
